March at Oakland Court was a month filled with creativity, celebration, and heart-warming moments that brought joy to our residents’ lives.
Week 1:
What started as Polar Bear Day turned into our very own Bear Day, with residents unleashing their creativity with paintbrushes in hand. From vibrant rainbows to winged bears, each bear burst with personality and charm, making it a day to remember! Later, some of our lovely residents enjoyed a scrumptious lunch at the Fox Pub, adding a delicious adventure to our week.
Week 2:
The fun continued with a game of Bean Bag Alley! Our residents showcased their skills and had a blast aiming for the targets, resulting in lots of laughter and smiles all around. We enjoyed a delightful Flower Arranging Activity to celebrate International Women’s Day. To mark World Book Day, we introduced an exciting new activity: Ping Pong Book edition! It was a hit among our residents, sparking excitement and friendly competition.
Week 3:
We had the pleasure of hosting the incredibly talented Suzanne, who brought an abundance of music, laughter, and fun to our residents! There was such joy as we were treated to sensational performances by the incredibly talented Mitchell Armstrong and Geoff Valentino. Red Nose Day brought amusement and plenty of entertaining activities, as our residents embraced the spirit of giving.

Week 4:
We started our week with a morning filled with enchanting melodies from our talented musical guest, Zoe. Residents enjoyed an interactive performance that lifted their spirits and created lasting memories. Musical Bingo brought a new level of merriment to our activities, and our inner artists were unleashed during a fun painting activity. In celebration of World Frog Day, our residents gathered for a delightful occasion filled with happiness and fellowship. Jannette, our incredible musical guest, brought boundless energy and joy with her lively tunes and engaging quiz, creating another memorable experience for our residents.
