The inspection highlighted many strengths, including person-centred care with engaging activities, tailored support prioritising residents’ preferences, and strong leadership fostering a positive culture, effective governance, and a focus on high-quality care. Comprehensive care planning and collaboration with healthcare professionals were also recognised. We are addressing areas for improvement, such as enhancing mental capacity assessments, improving fire evacuation documentation, and refining staff file organisation. These improvements are already underway as part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents and staff.
