Oakland Care Group has won the Digital Excellence Award at the 2025 Chichester and Bognor Regis Business Awards. We also received Highly Commended in the Health and Wellbeing Excellence category.
The Digital Excellence award is particularly meaningful because technology isn’t something we do on the side at Oakland. It’s woven into how we care for our residents every day – from Nobi, our AI-powered falls prevention system, to care plans built with the very words of the people they’re written for, not spoken about them.
Being recognised for Health and Wellbeing alongside a digital award tells us we’re getting the balance right. The technology serves the care, not the other way round.
Our teams at Oakland Grange in Littlehampton and Oakland Court in Felpham deserve the credit for this. They’re the ones using these systems, challenging them, improving them – and never losing sight of the people at the centre of it all.
