Meet our Team

Kevin Humphrys

Chief Executive

Kevin joined Oakland Care Group in February 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 16 years of senior leadership experience in improving the quality of life for older adults, with a focus on person-centred care, professionalising care roles, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Kevin didn’t plan a career in social care. After years in banking, HR, and turnaround leadership, he agreed to a short project helping a struggling charity – and never looked back. That experience taught him the sector from the ground up, and he discovered work that finally felt like it mattered.

Throughout his career, Kevin has transformed services for older adults across the UK, leading both non-profit and for-profit organisations providing care homes, home care, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services. Under his direction, these services have thrived through a person-centred philosophy and innovative, technology-enabled solutions.

As a Director of West Sussex Partners in Care, Kevin is committed to advocating for the social care sector at a local and national level.
