Meet our Team

Fred Baetens is the Properties Manager at Oakland Care Group, having joined the management team in July 2024 after starting as the Maintenance Operative at Oakland Court in March 2023. In his role, Fred is responsible for maintaining the facility’s buildings, grounds, and equipment to the highest standards. He ensures compliance with essential legislation and regulations, including COSHH, Health & Safety, water management, PAT testing, and electrical management. Fred oversees the maintenance of external areas and collaborates with external contractors as needed.
