for long term care and choose to make Oakland their permanent home. We will pay a great deal of attention to ensure that we can meet their needs before they arrive and use the first few weeks to build on this vital necessity.

Knowing about our resident’s lives help us to begin to make a meaningful relationship. This together with their medical history and personal requirements mean we can create their plan of care.
